DINNER PARTY IDEAS

STARTERS


Home cured gravadlax with dill sauce and homemade brown bread.

Crab Cakes with avocado salsa Smoked Fish Terrine , smoked trout, smoked mackerel layered in a piquant smoked haddock mousse. Served with my homemade brown bread.

Individual twice baked goats cheese soufflé.


MAIN COURSES


Slow cooked medallions of shin of beef with red wine and bone marrow.


Boned stuffed and roasted leg or shoulder of lamb.


Roast Fillet of Beef with a mushroom and red wine sauce.


Roast Haunch of Venison


Beef Olives, slices of beef rolled with a sausage meat stuffing.


Chicken, ham, leek and mushroom pie. All served with appropriate potatoes and vegetables.


DESSERTS


Tiramisu ... coffee, lumps of chocolate and sponge soaked in amaretto.


Creamy Vanilla Pannacotta with seasonal fruit.


Sticky Toffee Apple Puds with calvados and apple sauce.

Lemon Tart, Chocolate Roulade, Almond and Fruit Roulade.
